3. Insert the pylon through the hole, ensuring the pre-installed washer and nut secure it firmly in place.
4. Rotate the pylon head 360 degrees to achieve the optimal tow rope alignment.
5. Attach your tow rope into the pylon head's opening and ensure it is securely fastened.
