Advanced Inverter/Charger

The MultiPlus-II surpasses the capabilities of the original MultiPlus by incorporating the features of the MultiGrid. It includes an external current transformer option, enabling PowerControl and PowerAssist functionalities. This allows for optimized self-consumption with external current sensing up to 32A, enhancing the overall efficiency of your onboard power system.

PowerAssist Technology

PowerAssist ensures your vessel's limited AC sources, such as generators or shore power connections, are protected from overloads. It operates on two levels:

1. Battery Charging Reduction: Automatically decreases battery charging to prevent overload situations.
2. Output Boost: Enhances the output of generators or shore power by supplementing with battery power when necessary.

This dual-level protection guarantees a stable and uninterrupted power supply for all your onboard systems.

Energy Storage Systems (ESS)

The MultiPlus-II is a pivotal component in a Victron Energy Storage System, providing robust energy management for marine environments. The innovative Dynamic ESS feature elevates energy optimization by automatically switching or combining grid, battery, and solar energy sources based on live pricing, predicted energy usage, and solar yield.
