Circuit boards are safeguarded with an acrylic coating for enhanced corrosion resistance. Integrated temperature sensors monitor power components, automatically reducing output current to prevent overheating during adverse environmental conditions.
• Versatile Power Input: Supports a universal input voltage range of 90-265V AC and is also compatible with DC power supplies, enabling seamless AC-DC and DC-DC operation. Additionally, it can operate with a DC supply ranging from 90-400V, providing flexibility for various marine power setups.
• Triple Bank Charging: Features three isolated outputs, each capable of delivering the full 40A rating, allowing simultaneous charging of three separate battery banks without compromise.
• Advanced Three-Stage Charging: Utilizes a bulk charge phase until the output current drops to 70% of the rated amperage, followed by a 4-hour timed transition to float mode. An internal temperature sensor adjusts the charge voltage based on ambient conditions (-2 mV/ºC per cell), ensuring optimal charging for Flooded Lead-acid, Gel, or AGM batteries. A DIP switch allows easy selection of the appropriate charge and float voltages for different battery types.
