Circuit boards are safeguarded with an acrylic coating for enhanced corrosion resistance.
• Wide Input Voltage Range: Compatible with a universal 90-265V AC input and 90-400V DC supply, the charger operates seamlessly without any adjustments needed, supporting both AC-DC and DC-DC operations across 50 Hz or 60 Hz frequencies.
• Triple Charging Capability: Equipped with three isolated outputs, each port can deliver the full 30A rated current, allowing simultaneous charging of three separate battery banks without compromise.
• Advanced Charging Technology: Features a three-stage charging process with temperature compensation. The charger operates at bulk rate until 70% charge, followed by a 4-hour timed float rate. An internal temperature sensor adjusts the charge voltage by –2 mV/ºC per cell to optimize battery health. A DIP switch allows selection of charge/float voltages tailored for Flooded Lead-acid, Gel, or AGM batteries.
• Environment Monitoring: Built-in temperature sensors ensure all power components operate within safe limits, automatically reducing output current under extreme conditions to protect the charger and batteries.
