Ignition Proof Design

Safety is paramount on the water. The BatteryProtect BP-65 utilizes MOSFET switches instead of traditional relays, eliminating the risk of sparks and ensuring ignition-proof operation. This makes it an ideal choice for marine environments where safety cannot be compromised.

Advanced Alarm and Load Management

The BatteryProtect BP-65 features a delayed alarm output that activates if the battery voltage drops below the preset threshold for more than 12 seconds. This prevents false alarms during engine starts. Additionally, the device offers delayed load disconnect and reconnect functionalities:

• Delayed Disconnect: The load is disconnected 90 seconds after the alarm is triggered. If the battery voltage recovers within this period, the load remains connected.
• Delayed Reconnect: The load is reconnected 30 seconds after the battery voltage rises above the preset reconnect voltage.

The alarm output is compatible with various indicators such as buzzers, LEDs, or relays, and is designed to handle up to 50 mA of current.
