Product Overview

The Deep-Pipe Level Sender is an essential component for accurately measuring fuel levels in marine fuel tanks. Featuring a 38 mm diameter vertical stainless steel tube, the sensor houses a reliable float mechanism that continuously monitors liquid levels. Small baffles at the top and bottom of the tube minimize fuel sloshing, ensuring stable float positioning regardless of sea state variations. Available in various lengths from 150 mm to 1200 mm, it is crucial to select a length that maintains a minimum of 4 mm clearance from the base of the fuel tank upon installation.

Installation and Usage

Installing the Deep-Pipe Level Sender requires selecting the appropriate length to ensure at least 4 mm clearance from the fuel tank base. The stainless steel tubular sensor should be securely mounted using the included 5-hole SAE flange. Connect the TE Superseal Connector to ensure a watertight and secure electrical connection.
