The Deep-Pipe Level Sender incorporates a sturdy 38 mm diameter vertical tube housing a float mechanism that directly measures liquid levels within fuel tanks. Designed to withstand the dynamic movements of marine environments, the sensor features small baffle holes at both the top and bottom of the tube. These baffles effectively dampen fuel sloshing, maintaining the float’s position steady regardless of sea state. Available in lengths from 150 mm up to 1200 mm, it is crucial to select a sensor length that allows at least a 4 mm clearance from the base of the fuel tank upon installation to ensure optimal performance.
