Premium Material: TP17™ Stainless Steel

Our propellers are crafted from proprietary TP17™ stainless steel, engineered to meet the stringent demands of the new Express Mach3 and Mach4 designs. With 20% higher chromium content than standard stainless steel, TP17™ offers superior shine and corrosion resistance. This material is nearly 250% stronger and five times more durable than typical stainless steel, allowing for radical design innovations that maximize your boat’s performance and longevity.

Enhanced Exhaust Flow

Turning Point’s Propeller Housings feature large, free-flowing exhaust ports, providing 40% more exhaust flow area compared to competitive products. This increased exhaust flow reduces backpressure, potentially generating more horsepower and enhancing overall engine performance — akin to having headers for your boat.

Compatibility and Installation

The Express Mach3 OS propeller is compatible with all 90hp and larger 4.75" gearcase outboards from leading manufacturers, including Mercury® Alpha One™ and Bravo One™, Volvo® Penta® SX sterndrives, and others. Turning Point manufactures Express propellers to fit a wide range of outboards and sterndrives such as Evinrude®, Force®, Honda®, Johnson®, Mariner®, Mercruiser®, Mercury®, Nissan®, OMC®, Parsun®, Suzuki®, Tohatsu®, Volvo® Penta®, and Yamaha®. For installation, choose one of our Lifetime Warranty MasterGuard Installation Kits tailored to your engine, and select the propeller that best matches your boating requirements. We offer various configurations including 3 and 4 blade options, left and right rotation models, and a variety of diameter and pitch choices suitable for nearly all types of boats.
