NMEA2000 Integration

The GX24GPS comes with an integrated NMEA2000 plug-and-play interface, supporting all PGNs for Navigation, GPS, AIS, and DSC functions. Seamlessly connect it to your existing NMEA2000 network to expand your system with full VHF and DSC capabilities.

Wireless Second Station with RAM4X

Experience ultimate control with the RAM4X wireless Remote Access Microphone. Plug the SCU-30 Wireless Access Point into the back of the radio to sync up to four RAM4X units. With an operating range of up to 65 feet, the RAM4X allows you to manage all radio functions, including DSC Calling, Position Polling, Group Calling, and more. Additionally, it enables intercom communication between the main station and other wireless RAM4X units.

Built-In AIS Receiver

The GX24GPS features a built-in AIS receiver that displays critical AIS target information such as MMSI, Call Sign, Ship Name, Bearing, Distance, Speed Over Ground (SOG), and Course Over Ground (COG) on its large front panel display. This information allows you to:

• Contact AIS-equipped vessels directly using DSC
• Monitor your vessel’s position relative to AIS targets
• Receive alerts when an AIS vessel approaches too closely with the Closest Point of Approach (CPA) Alarm

Integrated 30W PA/Loudhailer

Communicate clearly on board with the powerful 30-watt integrated PA system. The loudhailer includes listen-back capabilities and can switch to fog horn mode, offering preprogrammed fog signals, sirens, and horn features. Additionally, the last selected VHF channel remains monitored when in PA or Fog modes for continuous situational awareness.

Secure Communications with Voice Scrambler

Ensure your communications remain private with the integrated 32-code voice scrambler. Compatible with all Standard Horizon 4 code scramblers, simply select a channel to scramble and choose a common code between transmitting and receiving radios for secure conversations.
