Installing the Compression Latch on your marine vessel is straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure a secure and reliable setup:

1. Prepare the Mounting Area: Select a suitable location on your vessel's panel where the latch will be installed. Ensure the surface is clean and free from debris.
2. Mark the Mounting Hole: Using the provided template or measuring tools, mark the position for the single mounting hole.
3. Drill the Mounting Hole: Carefully drill a hole of the appropriate size (19.1 mm) at the marked location.
4. Attach the Latch: Insert the latch through the hole and secure it using the provided fasteners, ensuring it's firmly in place.
5. Adjust the Grip: Adjust the adjustable grip to accommodate the outer panel thickness of your vessel, ranging from 1.000 mm to 18.000 mm.
6. Secure with Key: Engage the key locking mechanism to secure the latch, preventing unauthorized access.
