Floating Lanyard

The included floating lanyard measures approximately 15" when coiled and extends to 48" when stretched, providing ample reach for ease of use. It is recommended to replace the lanyard if it becomes worn, cut, or frayed to maintain optimal safety.

Installation Guide

1. Choose an appropriate location on your boat or watercraft where the kill switch can be easily reached while wearing your life vest.
2. Drill a mounting hole with a diameter of 5/8" into the chosen panel.
3. Secure the kill switch using the provided hardware, ensuring the panel thickness does not exceed 3/8".
4. Connect the kill switch to your boat's ignition or magneto system using the 0.250" brass terminals, adhering to proper wiring practices.
5. Attach the lanyard to your life vest, ensuring it floats freely and is not tangled.

Maintenance and Safety

Regularly inspect the kill switch and lanyard for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. The kill switch should be tested for proper function before each use to ensure it operates correctly in an emergency.
