Installation Guide

Installing the Sea-Dog® Quarter-Turn Deck Plate is straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure a proper fit:

1. Prepare the Deck: Clean the installation area to remove any debris or old sealant.
2. Align the Deck Plate: Position the deck plate over the access hole, ensuring the gasket is properly seated.
3. Secure with Fasteners: Using six #8 FH fasteners (not included), attach the deck plate to the deck. Ensure each fastener is tightened adequately to prevent leaks.
4. Test the Seal: After installation, check the seal by opening and closing the deck plate to ensure there are no leaks.
