Installation Instructions

1. Preparation: Clean the hull or deck surface where the deck plate will be installed. Ensure the threads are free from debris by washing with hot, soapy water.
2. Sealant Application: Apply a high-quality silicone sealant to the mounting area to prevent water ingress.
3. Fastening: Align the deck plate and secure it using six #8 FH fasteners (not included). Ensure even tightening to maintain the integrity of the seal.
4. Lubrication: Apply Vaseline or Teflon grease to the threads to facilitate smooth installation and future maintenance.
