Installation Instructions

Replacing your impeller is a straightforward process:

1. Remove the end cover screws from the pump.
2. Use a Jabsco Impeller Removal Tool or channel lock pliers to grip and remove the impeller from the hub.
3. Insert the new impeller into the pump bore, ensuring it is fully seated.
4. Grease the new impeller to facilitate installation and provide initial protection during priming.
5. Replace the gasket and secure the end cover screws.

Note: Avoid using screwdrivers as they can damage the pump body and pose safety risks in confined spaces.
