Application Methods

Hand Application

1. Apply a nickel-sized amount of No.920 Fiberglass Marine Cleaner to a clean applicator pad.
2. Rub the cleaner onto a section of the fiberglass no larger than 2×2 ft, using firm pressure.
3. Continue rubbing until the product begins to nearly dry.
4. Buff the treated area with a microfiber towel to achieve a crisper, darker, and more reflective finish.

Machine Application

1. Dispense 5 small, pea-sized dots of the cleaner onto the buffing pad, avoiding oversaturation.
2. Attach the pad to your rotary or dual-action buffer and set the speed to 5800 orbits per minute (opm).
3. Work in 2-3 sections per 2×2 ft area with firm pressure.
4. Reduce the buffer speed to 4800 opm and make an additional 2-3 passes with lighter pressure.
5. Continue buffing until the product is nearly dry, ensuring not to dry buff.
6. Remove any remaining product residue with a clean microfiber cloth to reveal a clean and glossy finish.
