Motor

Brackets

Motor Cover

• Dimensions: 4 1/2" D x 6" W x 11" H, made from high-impact ABS plastic.
• Includes a built-in oil reservoir and mounts easily with two screws.
• Front-placed filler for easy access and protection from occasional washdowns.

Cylinders

• Impact-resistant, fiberglass-reinforced nylon cylinders that eliminate expansion and resist UV rays.
• Equipped with two expanding type seals and an O-ring to prevent high and low-pressure leaks.
• Barbed cylinder fittings and inserted tubular rods prevent hose blow-off and breakage.
• Stainless steel springs retract the cylinder when the boat is not in motion.

Trim Tabs

• Constructed from 12 gauge 304 stainless steel for maximum durability and resistance to electrolysis.
• Available in standard and custom lengths to fit various marine applications.
• Insta-Trim's hinges minimize spray and are suitable for both transom and bottom mounting.

Hose

• Exclusively designed and manufactured for Insta-Trim with nylon-reinforced webbing and protective PVC coating.
• Rated at 2000 lb. burst pressure, with 15' of hose included for your system setup.
• Hoses enter the transom 6" above the waterline and are securely held with hose trim.
• Stainless steel clamps ensure a secure connection to the barb fittings at the solenoids.

Rocker Type Controls

• Mounted conveniently on the dash for easy and intuitive operation while underway.
