Superior Ease of Installation

The Andersen Compact Motor™ electric winch is available in two configurations to suit either above deck or below deck motor placement. The motor, gearbox, and controller are seamlessly integrated into a single compact unit, eliminating the need for an additional control box. Simplified electrical installation involves connecting the positive and negative power cables to the motor terminals and attaching the push button using the included output cable.

Efficient, Variable Speed Control

Powered by a brushless DC motor paired with a low-profile planetary gearbox, the Compact Motor™ electric winch occupies minimal space and consumes significantly less current compared to traditional motor and gearbox setups. Available in both 12V and 24V models, this winch offers variable speed control proportional to the push button pressure, ensuring smooth and quiet operation tailored to your needs.

Intelligent Push Button with LED

The Compact Motor™ winch features a push button integrated with an LED that illuminates when the winch system is powered. The push button includes a hinged safety cover to prevent accidental operation and is rated IP67 for water resistance. Additionally, it works with the controller to flash status codes, aiding in troubleshooting events such as overloads or other system protections. A connection cable for the push button is included for convenient installation.

Built-In Protection Features

• Integrated Overload Protection: The controller is preset to halt the winch operation if the maximum pull load is exceeded, automatically resuming once the load returns to a safe level.
• Thermal Overload Protection: Equipped with a thermal cutout, the motor is disabled in the event of overheating and will automatically reset once temperatures normalize.
